Yes. Professionals can shop at Geroba for all product types. You can request a professional account so that we can process your information and discounts correctly.

Geroba primarily works with high-quality outdoor materials such as Corten steel, aluminum, zinc-coated steel, and wood. The materials used depend on the product and the chosen design.

Corten steel is a type of steel that forms a natural rust layer when exposed to the elements. This rust layer gives the product its warm, brown color and further protects the material from the weather.

Yes. During the initial stage of the rusting process, Corten steel may release rust-colored water. We recommend that you do not place Corten steel directly on light-colored natural stone, tiles, or other sensitive surfaces without protection.

Many products are available in RAL colors. Standard colors usually have a shorter lead time. Special RAL colors may incur an additional charge or have a longer lead time.

Yes. Our products are designed for outdoor use. Depending on the material and application, maintenance may be required to preserve their appearance and extend their lifespan.

Yes, all our planters with a bottom come standard with drainage holes, so excess rainwater can drain away properly and the roots don't get waterlogged. If you choose a version without a bottom, you place the planter directly on open ground, so a bottom with drainage holes is not needed.

Yes. Geroba has extensive experience in custom-made outdoor products such as planters, mailboxes, water features, wood storage units, and other metal applications.

You can submit a custom order request using the form on the website. Please provide us with as much information as possible:

• Desired dimensions;
• Material and color/finish;
• Quantity;
• Photo, sketch, or technical drawing;
• Delivery address and desired delivery date.

Depending on weight and dimensions, we ship via parcel service, pallet transport, or our own transport. Large/heavy products are usually delivered on pallets.

Yes, we deliver to Belgium and the Netherlands. For other countries, please contact us to discuss the options.

Pickup in Lier is available if you select this option when placing your order. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready.

Yes. Geroba has its own staff for this. They simply take your product, such as a mailbox, water table or other garden accessory, with them and install it correctly in your garden straight away. For specific technical work, such as welding, we also offer our services to garden professionals.

Carrying out garden work itself is not among our services. For private individuals looking for help with laying out or finishing their garden, a garden professional is the right expert. For this, we're happy to work together with the many specialised garden professionals who make this their trade.

The available payment methods (including Bancontact, iDEAL, and credit card) are displayed during checkout.

Yes, you will receive an invoice. For professionals, the invoice will include your company details and VAT number.

Standard products may be returned provided they are unused and undamaged. Custom-made and personalized products are excluded from returns.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there is any damage, take photos right away and report it via the contact form, including your order number and a description of the issue.

• Corten steel:Requires little maintenance. Avoid contact with delicate flooring during the initial phase.
• Paint finish:Clean with water and a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
