Geroba is looking for a general manager
Geroba is growing and is looking for reinforcement at management level. We are looking for a general manager to take on operational leadership and help build Geroba into an organisation with more structure, focus and ownership.
In brief
Geroba has grown fast in recent years and wants to continue that growth in the Benelux and beyond. To take the next step, we are looking for a general manager to steer day-to-day operations: warehouse and logistics, customer service, purchasing and product management. This person is also a strong sparring partner for managing director Gert Gillis, who remains in charge of the commercial course and product development.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of management experience in an SME, strong at defining and following up processes, with financial and technical know-how. An affinity with the garden and outdoor world is a plus.
