Which material should I choose: Corten steel or coated steel?
Corten steel develops a warm rust layer by itself and suits a natural, modern facade. During the first months, rust water can run off the sign, which can stain a light or porous wall. In that case choose coated steel: powder-coated in a RAL colour, without a rust layer.
Which colours are available?
Coated steel comes in RAL 9005 (jet black), 7016 (anthracite grey), 7021 (black grey) and 9010 (pure white). Need another colour? Choose from 196 RAL colours. This adds one week to the delivery time. Colours on screen are indicative.
Can I order a sign with only a logo?
Yes. Leave name and house number empty and tick "Laser-cut logo". After your order, email your logo as a vector file (DXF, DWG, AI, EPS, SVG or PDF, single colour) to info@geroba.be with your order number.
How do I mount my name sign on the wall?
Choose between spacers, which let the sign float in front of the wall, or 4 drill holes (Ø 6 mm) in the corners to screw the sign directly onto the wall. These two options exclude each other.
Which fonts can I choose?
Modern, Industrial and Classic, the same fonts as on our letterboxes. Want your own font? Choose "Other font" and email your font file (TTF or OTF) to info@geroba.be after your order, with your order number.
Which sizes are possible?
Choose from five standard sizes, from 200 x 200 to 600 x 400 mm, or enter your own size (length 100 to 600 mm, width 50 to 400 mm, thickness 2 mm). In the "To scale" view you see your sign next to a person of 1.80 m.
How long does delivery take?
Your name sign is made especially for you. In Corten steel or a standard colour we count on approx. 3 weeks, with your own RAL colour approx. 5 to 6 weeks. Below the price you see the expected delivery week. Delivery is free from € 150.
Is a name sign suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Both Corten steel and powder-coated steel are intended for outdoor use.
