Nothing is more fun than cooking together in the garden by a cosy fire. The wood fire in the fire bowl heats up the plate to approximately 300˚C. The heat radiates from the middle to the edges, so the hot plate has different cooking temperatures.
This makes it possible to barbecue, grill and fry vegetables at the same time. After frying, the oval plate can be removed from the firepart and you have a fire bowl with handy wood storage underneath.

How to use the CookNFire.
The CookNFire has a grill consisting of stainless steel plates. This has many advantages.
Note: Discoloration of the stainless steel material is perfectly normal when exposed to heat. Temperature discoloration is irreversible and cannot be prevented.
When the grill plates are cold, first scrape away the food residue with a spatula. Then spray the surface with a detergent. The grill plate can then be scrubbed thoroughly with a steel sponge. If the plates are still hot, we recommend removing grill residue first. Then pour water over the stainless steel plates. The temperature shock will remove all remaining residue. In case of heavy soiling, repeat the process. Then the surfaces can be rubbed with a detergent and thoroughly cleaned with a steel sponge. Finally, rinse the grill plates with water and a soft sponge.
